Please read these Terms of Service ("Terms") carefully before downloading, installing, or using Data Repair Pro software ("Software") or visiting datarepair.pro ("Website"). By accessing the Website or using the Software, you agree to be bound by these Terms. If you do not agree, please do not use the Software or Website.

1. License Grant

Subject to these Terms, Data Repair Pro grants you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable license to install and use the Software on a single Windows 10 or Windows 11 (64-bit) computer for your personal or internal business purposes.

Free Tier: Certain features of the Software are available at no charge ("Free Tier") with no expiration date.
Licensed Tier: Full access to all 40+ tools requires purchasing a 30-day license at ₹1,199. The license is valid for 30 days from the date of purchase and covers a single installation.

License payments are processed securely through Cashfree. All prices are in Indian Rupees (INR) and are inclusive of applicable taxes. By purchasing a license, you authorize Cashfree to charge the stated amount to your selected payment method.

Refund Policy: Due to the digital nature of the Software, we generally do not offer refunds after a license key has been issued and activated. However, if you experience a technical issue preventing activation that we are unable to resolve within 7 business days, we will issue a full refund. 4. Disclaimer of Warranties

THE SOFTWARE IS PROVIDED "AS IS" WITHOUT WARRANTY OF ANY KIND, EXPRESS OR IMPLIED, INCLUDING BUT NOT LIMITED TO THE WARRANTIES OF MERCHANTABILITY, FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE, AND NON-INFRINGEMENT. DATA REPAIR PRO DOES NOT WARRANT THAT THE SOFTWARE WILL BE ERROR-FREE, UNINTERRUPTED, OR THAT ALL DEFECTS WILL BE CORRECTED.

Important: While Data Repair Pro is designed to recover data from corrupt SQL Server databases, we cannot guarantee 100% data recovery in all situations. Severe physical hardware damage, complete file system destruction, or irreversible logical corruption may result in permanent data loss. Always maintain regular backups of your databases.

5. Limitation of Liability

TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY APPLICABLE LAW, DATA REPAIR PRO SHALL NOT BE LIABLE FOR ANY INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL, CONSEQUENTIAL, OR PUNITIVE DAMAGES, INCLUDING BUT NOT LIMITED TO LOSS OF PROFITS, DATA, BUSINESS, OR GOODWILL, EVEN IF DATA REPAIR PRO HAS BEEN ADVISED OF THE POSSIBILITY OF SUCH DAMAGES. OUR TOTAL LIABILITY TO YOU FOR ALL CLAIMS SHALL NOT EXCEED THE AMOUNT PAID BY YOU FOR THE LICENSE IN THE 30 DAYS PRECEDING THE CLAIM.

The Software, Website, and all content therein — including but not limited to text, graphics, logos, icons, images, and code — are the exclusive property of Data Repair Pro and are protected by Indian and international copyright laws. All rights not expressly granted in these Terms are reserved.

7. Governing Law

These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of India. Any disputes arising from these Terms shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts located in India.

8. Changes to Terms

We reserve the right to modify these Terms at any time. Changes will be effective immediately upon posting to the Website. Your continued use of the Software or Website after changes are posted constitutes your acceptance of the new Terms.
