Thank you for choosing Data Repair Pro (including Splitter, and PC Optimizer). We strive to ensure our software meets your expectations, which is why we offer free downloads for you to test functionality prior to any purchase.
1. Standard Refund Terms
Due to the digital nature of our software products and the availability of free versions to test compatibility, we generally do not offer refunds once a license key has been issued and activated. We strongly encourage all users to fully test the free versions of Data Repair Pro, Splitter, and PC Optimizer before making a purchase.
2. Exceptions
We may issue a refund in the following exceptional circumstances:
- Technical Failure: You experience a critical technical issue that prevents the software from activating or functioning, and our support team is unable to resolve it within 7 business days.
- Duplicate Purchase: You accidentally purchase the same license twice.
3. Non-Refundable Scenarios
Refunds will not be granted in situations such as:
- You changed your mind after purchasing.
- The software did not meet an expectation that was never advertised on our website.
- You purchased the software by mistake but have already activated the license.
- For Data Repair Pro: The software successfully repaired your database, but some underlying hardware/file system damage prevented 100% data recovery (as stated in our terms, physical damage is irreversible).
4. How to Request a Refund
If you believe you are eligible for a refund under Section 2, please contact us within 14 days of your purchase.

5. Processing Time
Once a refund is approved, we will immediately disable the associated license key. The refunded amount will be credited back to your original method of payment within 5 to 10 business days, depending on your bank or credit card issuer.
