How to Clear a Stuck Print Queue

There is nothing more frustrating than clicking "Print" and nothing happens because a document from three days ago is permanently stuck in the queue with an "Error" status.

The Manual Method

1. Open the Start Menu, type services.msc and press Enter.
2. Scroll down to Print Spooler, right-click it, and select Stop.
3. Open File Explorer and go to C:\Windows\System32\spool\PRINTERS.
4. Delete all files in this folder (these are the stuck documents).
5. Go back to the Services window, right-click Print Spooler, and select Start.
